Evidence is the foundation for spirit communication. I strive to give the best clear evidence I can from the information I receive. Information is given to me from people in spirit in a number of ways. Typically I see images, feel sensations and emotions, receive concepts, am led to move in particular ways, and hear words and sounds.
While we are living lives on Earth we are still mostly energy, but we have a focusing of that energy into the physical. When I communicate with those no longer in the physical, the information exchange is accomplished through a blending of my energy with their energy. This blending of energies allows for communication that provides evidence and messages from the spirit side, and can also allow those in spirit to answer specific questions.
